About Us
Adea Care Solutions is a specialist employment business, which supplies to care homes, hospitals and other healthcare clients in Lincolnshire with highly trained nurses, social workers, care assistants, support workers and more.

Our Leadership
Adea Care Solutions benefits from its experienced and progressive leadership. Our directors both possess the relevant skills and determination to offer outstanding staffing solutions to our clients.
Freedom Nwokedi, founder and director, maintains decades of experience managing long-stay, complex mental health units, and community crisis home treatment units and care homes, some of which have received CQC outstanding. In addition to this, Freedom has also acted as a lead reviewer with the Royal College of Psychiatry. In launching Adea Care Solutions, Freedom will offer outstanding staffing solutions to clients, ensuring the staff they provide are skilled and committed to quality care.
Michael Magbor, founder and director, is a reliable and enthusiastic professional with experience in both engineering and healthcare. A natural leader, Michael is an excellent communicator and strategic thinker and has developed a unique combination of skills across their career in engineering and healthcare. In launching Adea Care Solutions, Michael is seeking to offer skilled, enthusiastic and compassionate staff to clientele, and ensure all their staffing team feel supported, listened to and valued.
